I liked this newly renovated and 1st class hotel. Everything was very good, including a free and great breakfast choice. The room was a nice size and well-organised with fantastic views, a safe, Starbucks coffee, and a mini-fridge. Very good service, although a few employees were very bad. The location met required needs, it was comfortable and fantastic in the Copley square area.

Great views over the city, perfect location.
Bathroom was modest. Sofa bed could be better. Paying separately for Wifi is not of this time.

We were given a room on a very high floor with a great view of the city. Our romm was a River View King Room. I would recommend it to anyone. It was a very spacious room and our kind bed was so very comfortable. The concierge desk was very helpful and they had good recommendations for breakfast and answered all our questions very well. Politeness and friendliness was the epitome of this hotel.
I felt that security was lacking. It was easy for anyone to get in and out of the elevator to reach the guest rooms.

Having problem getting refund.. Because of Hazardous weather conditions we were forced to leave a day early. I have been trying to get a refund however booking .com claims its up to Westin to refund and when I spoke with Westin claims its up to Booked.net. Plese help us to get our refund. I loved the Westin hotel but this is putting a damper on us ever using your services and this facility again. Please contact me. Thank you for your assistance concerning this matter. Holly blank

Room size and city view; very friendly and easy check in and out.
Charging for internet connection. Cheap hotels give internet for free; expensive ones add it on as an additional charge. Infuriating.

Location, hotel amenities
The bar and food set-up with sensors in the rooms was weird. I had to correct my bill at check-out because a valet parking charge had mistakenly been applied to my account

exploring boston's charm from a central hub
my stay was improved with the wonderfully furnished room with an L-shaped sofa and windows offering fine views over the Back Bay and Charles River, and the hotel's proximity to key attractions made city strolling easy, as both the famous Boston Public Garden and the iconic Trinity Church were just a short walk away.
